Cindy Morgan is a highly experienced consultant with nearly 30 years of hands-on experience building robust talent pipelines, managing complex organizational change, and serving as a trusted adviser to leaders in a variety of organizations and industries. She has a proven ability to quickly assess complex systems and develop creative, practical solutions in a full range of services. Ms. Morgan has experience delivering strategic human resources services and leading change initiatives across the full spectrum of the healthcare industry, including in acute care, post-acute care, long-term care, physician practices, population management, managed care, pharmaceuticals and academic medicine. Since 2014, she has served as vice president of learning and organization development at Penn Medicine, where she also leads the Penn Medicine Academy. While serving in her current role, Ms. Morgan also served as the interim chief human resources officer across the University of Pennsylvania Health System for two years, including during the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior to joining Penn Medicine, Ms. Morgan was the vice president of organization development and learning at the NYU Langone Medical Center.
