Cindy Bo
Cindy Bo has worked in healthcare strategy for over 26 years, ranging across the provider, payer and life sciences sectors. Becker’s Hospital Review named her one of the “130 Women Hospital and Health System Leaders to Know” in 2017, 2016 and 2015. She was named as one of the 2017 Women in Business honorees by Delaware Today. And in 2021, Modern Healthcare recognized her as one of the nation’s “Diversity Leaders to Watch.” She is also a TEDx speaker and has spoken at events for Becker’s Hospital Review, Modern Healthcare and the Children’s Hospital Association. Currently, Ms. Bo is the senior vice president, Delaware Valley strategy and business development, for Nemours Children’s Health, Delaware Valley. She manages strategies in support of new growth and integration opportunities for both the hospital and practice in the Delaware Valley. She also develops new strategic partnerships with clinical partners and other healthcare vendors. Ms. Bo drives the business planning and strategic growth process for clinical services and programs. She also structures practice acquisitions and identifies new practices/sites. She earned her Master of Business Administration degree, with honors, from Columbia Business School and her Bachelor of Science degree, summa cum laude, from Binghamton University School of Management.
