AdventHealth, Central Florida Division–North Region

Audrey Gregory serves as president/CEO for AdventHealth’s Central Florida Division–North Region, which includes hospitals in Flagler, Lake and Volusia counties. Dr. Gregory oversees the strategic direction, development and execution of key strategies that support the total network of care and helps build influential relationships with key constituents, community partners and consumers. Before joining AdventHealth, Dr. Gregory served as the group CEO for Detroit Medical Center. She served on the Michigan Health & Hospital Association’s board of trustees and was appointed by Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer to the Michigan Coronavirus Task Force on Racial Disparities. In 2020, Modern Healthcare recognized her as one of the nation’s “Top 25 Minority Leaders in Healthcare.” That same year, Becker’s Hospital Review named her one of “70 African American leaders in healthcare to know.” Most recently, she was named to Modern Healthcare’s “Top Women Leaders in Healthcare” for 2022.
