About the Session

Diverse representation in all levels of healthcare organizations is a critical component in the journey towards achieving health equity for employees, patients, and communities. This session will explore strategies for ensuring diversity in healthcare and provide insight into and guidance for approaches to shaping the next generation of diverse leaders. Join Kimberlydawn Wisdom, MD, senior vice president, community health and equity/chief wellness and diversity officer, Henry Ford Health System, as she discusses diversity within all levels of healthcare systems, and provides insight into her own leadership journey as an example of how leaders can set the tone to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across the spectrum.
