About the Session
Each day – and particularly over the last two years – our nation’s healthcare system has experienced multiple crises. From these crises, we can and must identify the values that matter the most as we endure and recover from the events. This session will review recent crises, identify the values that mattered the most, and discuss the application in a healthcare environment that is being renewed.
Learning Objectives:
- Identify the values that most effectively enable a team to endure and recover from a crisis.
- Discuss the practical application of these values within a healthcare environment that is being renewed.
