About the Session

The response to COVID-19 has driven an unprecedented acceleration in the use of digital health technologies. While this transformation offers new opportunities to address issues that healthcare systems have struggled with for years, it also raises new questions about how to redesign healthcare to truly improve health and wellness for everyone. Hal Wolf, president/CEO, HIMSS, will explore the impact of digital transformation on professional development, the culture of healthcare delivery, and regulatory reform, and look at how healthcare systems can measure change as a guide to moving forward.

Learning Objectives:

  • Gain a clearer understanding of the impact of the digital transformation of healthcare on the global health ecosystem.
  • Develop measures to assess your organization’s progress and adapt processes, work culture and infrastructure in a rapidly changing technological and regulatory environment.
