About the Session

Attendees will learn about specific actions such as how to build the capacity of frontline employees to innovate their key work systems; how to incorporate intelligent risk-taking into the performance management system; and how to flatten the authority gradient in the workplace so that those closest to the process and the customer have ownership of key work processes
