Join Melinda Estes, MD, president/CEO, Saint Luke’s Health System, and Michael A. Slubowski, FACHE, president/CEO, Trinity Health as they discuss advances in the field of healthcare quality and patient safety, as well as new challenges posed by the ongoing global pandemic. Estes and Slubowski will share strategies for identifying ongoing and emerging quality and safety issues and fostering an organizational culture dedicated to improving systems and processes to reduce harm and deliver high-quality care to all patients.
