About the Session

The importance of support, connection and quality mental health care is critical now more than ever. Individuals across the country are struggling with increasing isolation, and healthcare providers are at a significant risk for burnout, high levels of stress and trauma from the effects of the pandemic. Despite increased physical barriers to mental health treatment because of the pandemic and a variety of other factors, the need for evidence-based mental health care remains strong. Join this critical session to learn more about how healthcare and solutions providers are meeting this need through the innovative use of digital health tools that will last far beyond the end of social distancing.

Learning Objectives:

  • Examine the pandemic’s impact on the mental health landscape.
  • Evaluate strategies to meet the mental health needs of patients and providers in a digital age.

This session qualifies for 1.0 ACHE Face-to-Face Education credits. Attendees must participate during the scheduled time to earn ACHE Face-to-Face Education credit.
