This panel discussion will address the changing workplace and impact to a health system’s internal decision-making and relationships with large and specialized consulting partners. It will include robust discussion on best practices; service expectations; value proposition; best work models for internal, external and hybrid teams; and the role of technology and communication. The session will also feature storytelling, examples, and sharing of what purchasers need from their consultancies and partners in a new work model.
