About the Session
The Healthcare Consultants Boot Camp introduces the core competencies a consultant needs to become an effective and trusted long-term adviser. Whether you are from a large firm or are an independent consultant, this program will delve into the core competencies and the nuts and bolts of a consultant’s toolbox. It will also highlight the do’s and don’ts of consulting, strategies to secure client engagements and resources to be successful in today’s healthcare marketplace.

Attendees will be able to download electronic session handouts prior to the beginning of this program. Please note no printed handouts will be provided.
