Global Management Capacity Building for International Healthcare Leadership

Tuesday, March 24th

About the Session

Organizations such as the World Health Organization, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the Clinton Global Initiative and USAID have identified management capacity building in healthcare as a significant global need, particularly in low-income countries. Expert faculty will discuss the leading contributing factors to the shortage, incorporating case studies and allowing opportunity for exchange of ideas. Join your fellow international healthcare executives to share and learn from their experiences in dealing with critical leadership issues. This session is appropriate for both senior executives and mid-careerists.

Learning Objectives:

  • Healthcare executives in international settings will gain practical knowledge in addressing critical issues.
  • Participants will identify international health executive colleagues for sharing ideas and mutual support.
