About the Session

Ten years from now, the health systems that stand out as thriving providers of care will be the ones that have infused digital into their DNA. COVID-19 brought digital into the mainstream; now it’s time to bring digital into the business and operating model. Digital can deliver care with greater scale and flexibility than the traditional means used by health systems. It can orchestrate personalized experiences to drive new growth and loyalty. A virtual-first service model can optimize convenience and capacity while also unlocking affordability. Precision population health can transform the specialty care experience. Radical automation can improve cost structure and capacity by unleashing a digital workforce. Previous approaches of discrete, department-led projects will not work. Now is the time to think big and act with confidence.

Learning Objectives:

  • Understand how leaders can catalyze enterprise transformation efforts to radically improve the performance, reach and sustainability of the organization.
  • Identify successful tools and strategies for assessing digital readiness and organizational commitment, with insights on how to guide teams through change as a leader.
