What can organizations and people do to address the lack of parity of women of all races and ethnicities in healthcare organizations’ C-suites and boards? A panel of healthcare executives will address specific actions organizations can take to enhance gender equity. Individuals will learn how they can support their own and others’ careers by creating more inclusive cultures and becoming aware of the role unconscious bias plays in decisions and perspectives of gender parity.
