About the Session

This presentation will address the contextual frameworks of effective diversity and in inclusion strategies leading to equity at RWJBarnabas Health, the most comprehensive health system in New Jersey. We will provide a comprehensive overview by discussing the vitality of four fundamental pillars—board/leadership engagement, clinical outcomes impacting safety, population health initiatives improving the health of our communities, employee optimization—all of which have proven to be effective in our approach.
