About the Session
This seminar will discuss BayCare’s experience creating and developing its three online communities. The presenters will demonstrate how the communities have provided strategic direction for the organization’s initiatives, which in some cases have led to “home run” discoveries. Case studies from actual BayCare research will be reviewed as well as mechanisms for sharing the results. Governance will be discussed, and the BayCare team will show how it is possible to add and use the communities without necessarily adding headcount to an organization.
