64B – Primary Care Strategy: From A to Z

Tuesday, March 24th

About the Session

Creating a comprehensive plan to align with primary care physicians may be one of the most important strategies a healthcare organization can try in the foreseeable future. In addition to solidifying specialty and ancillary referrals, primary care physicians can help improve quality and population health and reduce costs. Determining the right size of a healthcare organization’s primary care network may be tricky, however. Another challenge? Navigating the decision-making process of choosing the right mix of alignment models and the most efficient geographic distribution of providers. This seminar will provide an overview of several physician alignment strategies for use in your organization.

Learning Objectives:

  • Evaluate a toolbox of different physician alignment options for your organization.
  • Discover how to execute a physician alignment strategy that engages a range of different stakeholders.
