About the Session
Ensuring the right fit of talent, especially for those in leadership roles, determines the ability to effectively deliver on organizational strategies and goals. Investing in a structured and intentional talent development approach drives strong business results and increased levels of engagement. In this session, participants will examine a case study to learn how to create a talent development process. The case study will highlight goals and objectives, approach, process, tools, resources, outcomes, lessons learned and next steps. There will be time allotted for small group discussions about the applicability of the process to personal environments. The session will culminate with an interactive question and answer segment for participants and speakers.
