About the Session

This seminar will discuss one organization’s experience with developing a membership program. The presenters will share the organization’s initial goals when deciding to pursue a membership program; how its management team methodically tested and determined what should be included within it; and detailed results from the initial deployment of a pilot program and its resulting expansion. Additionally, the presenters will share how the insights garnered from the original initiative led to the highly successful deployment of a service line membership program. Current trends and best practices within the loyalty services industry will also be explored for their application to the healthcare industry.
