About the Session
This program will focus on cultivating self-awareness, which is the foundational skill of emotional intelligence and building resilience. Leaders need emotional intelligence and tools to manage their stress caused by the overwhelming situations in which they often find themselves. Specific techniques will be shared to help you become more alert and focused throughout the day and learn what to do with negative emotions that appear to arise from other people and outside circumstances. You will leave with specific tools and daily practice that will help you become more attuned to yours and others’ emotions.
