About the Session

This session will focus on the importance to employees and employers of properly onboarding physician assistants and nurse practitioners. Faculty will highlight the benefits and return on investment associated with onboarding time, time to full productivity, retention rates and staff satisfaction. The session will exhibit what a successful onboarding program for PAs and NPs looks like and share how to track progress and productivity while saving time and costs.

  • Review the qualities of a successful PA and NP onboarding program.
  • Analyze the cost benefits of onboarding best practices and high retention rates of PAs and NPs.
