About the Session

This program will be divided into four parts. The first segment will discuss the foundations of type theory along with the four dichotomies that are central to the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. The second segment will ask participants to complete a paper version of the MBTI and an interpretation of their reported type will be provided. The third segment will consist of numerous exercises illustrating the role that type plays in teams and organizations along with how type can be used to enhance organizational diversity. The program concludes with a conversation about how the principles of type can be used to enhance leadership effectiveness in health sector organizations.
