Physician Executive Boot Camp

The Physician Executive Boot Camp introduces physicians to the concepts and strategies needed to bridge clinical expertise and management competence. As pressures increase to improve financial and clinical performance as well as improved patient experience and outcomes, it is critical that physicians position themselves to tackle these issues. This program, designed for physicians who recently have moved to a physician executive position or physicians who are contemplating a move to a leadership position, will provide physician executives with tools to assume more active roles in the leadership and management of their organizations.

Learning Objectives

  • Discover strategies and tools to address critical issues, including finance, patient outcomes and organizational performance.
  • Identify personal barriers and successful leadership attributes.

Healthcare leaders can sign up for this session during Congress registration, or choose to attend independently.
