Leadership Insights: Women Healthcare Leaders Series - Finding Your Strengths

Join us as we discuss how to identify and develop your unique strengths as you navigate leadership roles in healthcare. Panelists will also address strategies to effectively support team members individually and collaboratively to ensure a team, department and organization that consistently exceeds expectations.
Panelists include three women redefining healthcare leadership. Audrey Gregory, PhD, RN, president/CEO, AdventHealth Central Florida Division–North Region, has over 20 years of experience building community partnerships and growing managed care systems. Ruth E. Williams-Brinkley, regional president of Kaiser Permanente Mid-Atlantic States, is a 40-year veteran in healthcare leadership with extensive experience in integrating the diverse needs of large healthcare systems to ensure quality care and growth. Kate Walsh, president/CEO of Boston Medical Center Health System serves with a passion for expanding healthcare organizations’ role from delivery of excellent healthcare to including integrative community services. The session will be moderated by Fayola Edwards-Ojeba, MD, the founder/CEO of RechargedMD.
