The world’s largest technology companies, which include well-funded digital startups and private equity–fueled healthcare aggregators, are moving aggressively into healthcare. In this rapidly changing healthcare context, it is critical for healthcare leaders to be pragmatic, but progressive, so they can leverage innovation and digital transformation approaches for long-term strategic relevance, while delivering short-term, tangible value creation.
