Driving Digital Health Innovation for Maximum Impact Boot Camp

Sunday, March 19

8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.

Despite health systems’ impressive initial digital response to the pandemic, many are still struggling to innovate to drive meaningful, systematic digital transformation within their organizations. The world’s largest technology companies, which include well-funded digital startups and private equity–fueled healthcare aggregators, are moving aggressively into healthcare. In this rapidly changing healthcare context, it is critical for healthcare leaders to be pragmatic, but progressive, so they can leverage innovation and digital transformation approaches for long-term strategic relevance, while delivering short-term, tangible value creation. This interactive, in-depth boot camp will discuss core drivers of successful digital health innovation efforts, backed by real-world examples from some of the health systems at the forefront of this space.

Learning Objectives

  • Define the necessary resources and organizational models to support scaling innovation and digital transformation efforts, and explore approaches for defining and realizing tangible value.
  • Apply lessons learned from case examples on digital health innovation efforts to your own hospital/health system.

Healthcare leaders can sign up for this session during Congress registration, or choose to attend independently.
