Based on quantitative and qualitative research from the Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Management Education and the National Center for Healthcare Leadership, attendees will learn the top seven critical success factors for attracting the top talent into a world-class fellowship program. Attendees will discover how to stand out as an employer of choice; how to find the best candidates for their facility; the core competencies to search for when interviewing a fellow; how to create great experiences for fellows that will attract future candidates; how to create a market-based salary; how to work with academic leaders to ensure that fellows are being used appropriately; and how to work with students to be successful in a selecting and benefiting from a fellowship.
