PAs and NPs are essential to healthcare organizations. Healthcare systems have had to be innovative, but some are stretched in the changing healthcare environment. This session will focus on the benefits of scaling up the PA and NP workforce to fill health equity gaps, increase the patient and provider experience and build the capacity to be innovative to accomplish organizational goals.
