Cancellation Policy

To receive a refund or credit toward another ACHE educational event minus a processing fee, please provide a written cancellation to contact@ache.org no later than March 15, 2021. A $50 processing fee for Member and Nonmember registration and $25 processing fee for Student Associates will be charged for all cancellations. After March 15, all refunds/credits are forfeited.

About Registration & Session Selection

Follow these easy steps to create your personalized Congress experience:


1. Register for the 2021 Congress on Healthcare Leadership event.

Select the “Register” button above to purchase your all-access pass for the Congress event. You will have the opportunity to select your sessions through the Congress virtual event platform in March.

Your all-access pass includes:

    • Up to 12 ACHE Face-to-Face Education credits
    • Up to 120 ACHE Qualified Education credits
    • On-Demand educational sessions
    • 175 Networking sessions
    • Solutions Center access
    • Career development opportunities

Unlike previous years, registrants are unable to purchase additional ACHE Face-to-Face Education credits.

Federal sector employees have the option to register now and pay later. Please download the needed Congress information to request payment for your registration fees.

Online registration is preferred. If you need to submit a hardcopy registration form, please email your registration form to our Customer Service Center at contact@ache.org.

Please visit the Continuing Education Credit page for full information on ACHE Face-to-Face Education credit, ACHE Qualified Education credit and continuing education credit for physicians, nurses, pharmacists and physician assistants.


2. Check back often to see what sessions and experiences have been added to the Congress lineup.

We are continually adding sessions and speakers to the agenda. We encourage you to check the agenda often to see what’s been added.

You can use the star icon to mark sessions you are interested in and email them to yourself to save for session selection in the virtual platform. Please note: marking sessions on this website will not reserve your spot in the virtual event platform. You still must select your sessions in the virtual platform when it becomes available in March.


3. Selecting your sessions in the virtual event platform.

In March, you will receive a detailed communication to the email address in your MyACHE account (the one used to register for Congress) informing you the platform is open, along with step by step instructions for building your personalized Congress experience. At that point, you’ll have the ability to select your educational sessions in the platform and test your system to ensure a smooth experience.
