Kristina Eddy is a forward-thinking Program Manager for the Department of Anesthesiology’s Pediatric Division. She earned a Master’s in Healthcare Administration from UNLV, where she was awarded the Anthem Scholarship for her leadership and academic achievements. During her graduate program, Kristina gained hands-on experience working for Optum and through her administrative internship with HCA’s Sunrise Children’s Hospital in Las Vegas. As the inaugural Administrative Fellow at the University of Colorado School of Medicine, she made significant contributions to projects across the Anschutz Medical Campus and played a key role in developing the fellowship program for future fellows.
Before pivoting into healthcare, Kristina cultivated a strong leadership foundation, managing complex teams, driving strategic initiatives, and overseeing operations in various industries. Her background in project management and organizational development has equipped her with the skills to lead, optimize, and drive performance. In her current role, Kristina uses her diverse expertise to drive operational efficiency, foster collaboration, and improve outcomes in pediatric anesthesiology and patient care.
