Dr. Noellee Clarke, MD, MBI, FAMIA
Dr. Noellee Clarke is a board-certified Obstetrician-Gynecologist and Clinical Informaticist serving as the Chief Medical Informatics Officer for Institutes & Digital Health at Novant Health. She earned her medical degree from the University of Florida College of Medicine and holds a Master’s degree in Biomedical Informatics from Oregon Health & Science University.
In her dual role, Dr. Clarke provides comprehensive Women’s Health services while supporting the thoughtful implementation of clinical technologies and advancing digital health innovation across the system. Her current work focuses on closing maternal health gaps, developing novel ways to connect patients and care teams beyond traditional settings, and leveraging technology to promote health equity in the community.
A passionate advocate for reimagining care delivery, Dr. Clarke brings a unique blend of clinical insight and informatics expertise to every initiative. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active with her sons through sports and outdoor adventures.
