The Forum on Advances in Healthcare Leadership Research highlights studies with practical implications for healthcare organizations. During the session, two researchers selected by the ACHE Research Committee will present findings from their recent work on healthcare leadership. Topics for the 2026 presentation include the use of generative AI in healthcare leadership and the effect of transformational leadership on employee retention in healthcare organizations.
