    Our healthcare system is evolving at a rapid pace. From the integration of artificial intelligence to workforce shortages, expectations of healthcare leaders are shifting. Gone are the days when leaders can remain stagnant in their roles, as these rapid changes necessitate continuous learning, growth and capacity to navigate change. To do so successfully, interprofessional collaboration will be critical, an entrepreneurial spirit will be essential, and we will have to think creatively to meet the needs of healthcare consumers and our communities more broadly.
