    In today's dynamic work environment, the ability to shape one's job to align with personal strengths, values and career goals is crucial. This session introduces early career professionals to the concept of job crafting—a proactive approach to redesigning one's work experience. Participants will learn strategies to modify their tasks, relationships and perceptions of their work to increase engagement, job satisfaction and career growth.

    Learning Objectives:

    • Understand the principles of job crafting and its impact on career satisfaction and success, and create an action plan to implement job crafting techniques in your current position.
    • Identify opportunities to align your current role with your strengths, values and long-term career goals and effectively communicate desired changes to supervisors and stakeholders.
