    Hospital costs continue to rise, and reimbursement does not continue to align with rising costs leading to eroding margins for many healthcare organizations. Through the use of data, a strategic team and leaders, a clear path can be established to reduce pharmacy costs through outpatient strategies as well as increased reimbursement for outpatient services—all while improving the patient experience. In this case study, participants will be given tools, proven processes and strategies to assist in reducing costs and improving reimbursement related to pharmacy and their outpatient services.

    • Develop strategy and process to improve reimbursement and decrease costs related to pharmacy and outpatient services with measurable key performance indicators and plans for future and new services.
    • Utilize data analytics for driving collaboration with pharmacy, outpatient providers and their patients.
