Will Congress be in person in 2023?
Yes! We are excited to welcome you back to the Hyatt Regency Chicago.
- Education and networking sessions will take place Monday through Wednesday, March 20–22.
- Federal Sector awards breakfast and events will be held Thursday, March 23.
- Boot Camps, Convocation and other pre-Congress events will be held Sunday, March 19.

Where can I find session handouts?
Handouts for registered attendees can be accessed electronically by visiting here.
Not all presenters have made their handouts available for posting on this site. Some handouts currently not available may be added closer to or after Congress.
How many Face-to-Face Education credit hours will be available?
The basic Congress registration for ACHE Members/Fellows, nonmembers, Student Associates and Higher Education Network Program Directors includes 12 ACHE Face-to-Face Education credits.
The Executive Flex pass registration, available for CEOs of healthcare provider organizations and Fellows of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHEs), includes 18 ACHE Face-to-Face Education credits.
Boot Camp registration includes an additional 6 ACHE Face-to-Face Education Credits.
ACHE Members/Fellows, nonmembers, Student Associates and Higher Education Network Program Directors may add additional ACHE Face-to-Face credits to their basic registrations for a fee.

Can I earn other types of continuing education credit?
Yes, Congress is accredited for continuing education by Joint Accreditation and NAB. Joint Accreditation applies to Continuing Medical Education, Continuing Education for Dieticians, Continuing Nursing Education, Continuing Pharmacy Education, Continuing Social Work Education and Physician Assistant Continuing Education. When can I volunteer for resume review and/or career advising sessions?
ACHE Congress will once again be offering resume review and career advising sessions as part of your Congress experience.
The application window for 2023 volunteers has now closed. If you have questions about reviewing/advising, please send an email with your contact information to acheprofessionaldevelopment@ache.org.
What is Congress Express?
Congress Express lets you experience many of the benefits and features of healthcare’s premier education and networking event at a reduced cost by attending Congress events exclusively on Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday. Congress Express participants still enjoy Hot Topic sessions, the Wednesday luncheon session and the Wednesday networking reception, while earning up to 9 ACHE Face-to-Face Education credits.
How do I make changes to my Congress registration?
You may log in to the online registration system to make edits yourself, or contact ACHE’s Customer Service Center at contact@ache.org or (312) 424-9400.
Where and when can I pick up my badge?
- Saturday: 1–5 p.m.
- Sunday: 8:30 a.m.–8 p.m.
- Monday: 6:30 a.m.–7 p.m.
- Tuesday: 7 a.m.–4 p.m.
- Wednesday: 7 a.m.–4 p.m.
- Thursday: Closed
What is the cancellation policy?
To receive a refund or credit toward another ACHE educational event, please provide a written cancellation to contact@ache.org no later than March 10, 2023. A $100 processing fee will be charged for Member/Fellow, CEO All-Access Pass and Nonmember cancellations. A $50 processing fee will be charged for all HEN Program Directors and Student Associate cancellations. After March 10, 2023, all refunds/credits are forfeited.
