    Quint Studer, BSE, MSE, is a lifelong student of leadership. He has a gift for translating complex strategies into doable behaviors that allow organizations to achieve long-term success. In 2000, Quint founded Studer Group, which improved education and healthcare outcomes and earned the Malcolm Baldrige Award before its acquisition in 2015. In his most recent venture to serve healthcare, he founded Healthcare Plus Solutions Group® (HPSG), along with longtime colleague Dan Collard. Quint received the 2025 Baldrige Foundation Leadership Excellence Award in the healthcare sector.

    He is the author of 16 books, beginning with his first title, BusinessWeek bestseller Hardwiring Excellence: Purpose, Worthwhile Work, Making a Difference. People notice quickly that Quint’s words and tools come from what he enjoys the most: being in the hallways and rooms of healthcare. Three of his most recent books are a trilogy: The Calling: Why Healthcare Is So Special shares tips and tactics for replenishment, Rewiring Excellence: Hardwired to Rewired (coauthored by Dan Collard) pinpoints key processes and behaviors that often need rethinking in today’s world, and The Human Margin: Building the Foundations of Trust (coauthored by Dr. Katherine A. Meese) unfolds the cultural building blocks that create and sustain trust.
