Cecilia McKenney is SVP & CHRO for Quest Diagnostics. She joined Quest in February of 2018 and is responsible for HR and Internal Communications. Ms. McKenney has implemented many progressive, technology-enabled initiatives and talent programs that contribute to Quest’s goal of creating an inspiring workplace for 55,000+ colleagues. With her team, she created the vision, framework, and annual planning process to ensure a positive employee experience and to cultivate a “whole person” culture that leads with care and connections. She has partnered with the CEO on executive leadership development and talent management. She has worked with the Compensation & Leadership Development Committee to strengthen the executive compensation plans and succession plans while adding new directors. She works with the executive leadership team to drive growth through M&A, leading Quest’s Culture & Belonging agenda, is a champion for the HealthyQuest strategy and the Quest for Health $100M initiative. She is the executive sponsor of the PRIDE employee network.
Ms. McKenney is a Board of Director for UniFirst Corp. (NYSE:UNF), a Trustee of the St. Joseph’s Health Foundation, and a Trustee of Catholic Charities, Archdiocese of NY. She is married, has two adult daughters, two dogs and resides in Bedford, NY.
