Jonathan Mosse brings more than 30 years of experience as a health and welfare benefits consultant and broker, serving employers from small, family-owned businesses to large multinational organizations. Throughout his career, he has been recognized as a leader and innovator in the design and implementation of cost-effective benefit strategies aimed at addressing the rising cost of healthcare.
Jonathan has been a strong advocate for alternative funding arrangements, consumer-driven healthcare models, fully integrated wellness programs, defined-contribution healthcare strategies, and value-based solutions. His work has consistently focused on delivering practical, sustainable benefit solutions that balance cost containment with improved outcomes for plan sponsors and participants alike.
He has been a featured speaker at numerous industry and insurance conferences, sharing insights on healthcare economics, benefit innovation, and emerging funding models. In addition, Jonathan served for nearly a decade on the NFP Benefits Advisory Board, where he played a key role in the development of NFP’s national distribution platform.
Currently, Jonathan provides independent consulting services to Aon Strategy and Technology Group and Aon Reinsurance, as well as to cost-containment organizations specializing in prescription drug management and alternative payment methodologies. He has also been instrumental in the development and successful launch of two industry-specific medical stop-loss captive programs.
Jonathan is a graduate of Hamilton College, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Classics.
