Evan Varadi is the Vice President of Practice Operations for Privia Health , where he leads operations for Privia Medical Group — Gulf Coast , a multi-specialty medical group with over 500 providers across the entire South Texas Market. His expertise lies in driving operational performance to meet operational, financial, and Value-Based Care (VBC) objectives. Evan manages a team that serves as the single point of contact for physician practices, ensuring end-to-end operational success. He initiates and scales strategic pilots and manages long-term growth initiatives, bridging strategic goals with daily practice execution. Evan collaborates closely with Population Health, Payer Contracting, Revenue Cycle, and Finance teams , monitoring critical KPIs (including financial, operational, clinical, and quality metrics) and evaluating criteria to optimize practice performance.
Evan holds several governance roles, including a seat on the Privia Quality Network Gulf Coast II Board (the organization's Accountable Care Organization), serves on the Privia National Physician Advisory Council, and the Value Based Care Physician Advisory Council—physician-led committees that foster innovation and growth—and is an instrumental part of various internal committees within Privia Medical Group Gulf Coast.
