Tashonda Frazier is a dynamic mid-career healthcare professional currently serving as a Senior Quality Manager at Kaiser Permanente’s Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group. With over 15 years of experience in healthcare leadership, she has built a strong foundation in quality improvement, healthcare operations, strategic planning, and population health management.
Tashonda holds a Master’s degree in Health Services Management and Leadership from The George Washington University, and she brings a results-oriented approach to healthcare delivery—one rooted in data-driven decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep commitment to health equity. Throughout her career, she has successfully led initiatives focused on enhancing clinical outcomes, increasing efficiency, and building high-performing teams within large integrated healthcare systems.
A proud and active member of both the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and the National Association of Health Services Executives (NAHSE), Tashonda has maintained continuous involvement with each organization for over a decade. These memberships reflect her commitment to lifelong learning, service, and mentorship. She has served on the board of NAHSE’s Baltimore Chapter—first as Treasurer and currently as Parliamentarian—where she plays a critical role in governance, programming, and leadership development.
Her passion for mentorship and empowerment matches Tashonda’s professional interests. She enjoys coaching emerging leaders and sharing the leadership lessons she has gathered in healthcare finance, operations management, and system transformation. She hopes to inspire professionals to lead with authenticity and purpose.
Outside of her professional life, Tashonda finds joy and grounding in her personal pursuits. She enjoys reading self-help and leadership books, capturing life’s moments with her Nikon camera, and spending quality time with family and friends. She is also deeply committed to “paying it forward,” embodying this value through community service, mentorship, and support of initiatives that uplift others.
