Emily Middour currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Field Operations, overseeing the company’s field operations for SCP’s national portfolio of Emergency, Hospital Medicine, and Critical Care hospital partnerships. She is responsible for the practices’ financial, quality, and operational goals.
After beginning her career in the organ transplant sector, Emily moved to Emory Healthcare. She completed her Strategy and Operations Administrative Fellowship before transitioning into a strategy consultant role focusing on hospital and health care entity growth strategies for national provider organizations before moving to SCP Health.
During her 10-year tenure at SCP Health, Middour worked in Merger and Acquisitions Integration for legacy Schumacher Group and oversaw the operations integrations for the HPP and ECI mergers, as well as served as a Business Development Vice President, then was promoted to Senior Vice President, Growth and Development leading the company’s organic sales efforts for 5 years for all service lines with the responsibility of driving advancements SCP Health’s national growth efforts, including the execution of growth goals and national partnership development.
Middour received her MBA in Healthcare Administration from the University of Colorado – Denver.
