Brett Lee is the Senior Vice President for Ascension Health. He joined the Nursing & Operations Infrastructure Team as SVP, Operations Support & Partnership Management in 2025. In this role, Brett oversees the organization’s shared service strategies, fostering alignment across national partnerships, subsidiaries, and contracted services while working to coordinate strategic initiatives, performance validation and assist in negotiating future partnerships to help achieve organizational goals and enhance operational efficiency. Brett recently served with Texas Health Hospital Frisco as the inaugural President of a unique joint venture healthcare campus—a partnership between Texas Health Resources and the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. In this capacity, he led the successful launch and operation of a healthcare facility known for its excellence in patient care and academic collaboration. Brett is a licensed Physical Therapist with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Oklahoma, a Master of Health Science in Health Finance and Management from Johns Hopkins and a Master of Science in Leadership Development from the Wharton School of Business. He completed his doctoral studies in Allied Health/Physical Therapy at Massachusetts General Hospital Institute and holds a PhD in Servant Leadership. Brett has authored two books and has been a presenter for multiple organizations.
