Tricia Gray is the Chief Operating Officer with CHA Hollywood Presbyterian in Los Angeles, CA. She has extensive experience in leadership development, healthcare quality, performance improvement, and hospital operations. Her strengths include developing strategies to drive sustainable improvement and influencing cultural change through inspirational, while accountable, leadership. As Chief Operating Officer, Tricia continues to reinforce three cornerstones of success in leadership: Culture, Strategy, and Execution.
Throughout her career, she has demonstrated her commitment to excellence. Thus, she has held a Board President position at Corona Norco United Way, Member-at-Large position with American College of Healthcare Executives of SoCal, and is the current Governing Board President for Women in Health Administration (WHA). She continues to advocate for women’s equality and is passionate about the advancement of women in healthcare leadership. A results-oriented leader, Tricia understands and appreciates diversity in healthcare and believes it will drive better outcomes for the hospitals and the communities we serve.
Tricia earned her Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from George Washington University and her Master’s degree in Business Administration from Texas Women’s University. Tricia is also a Fellow from the American College of Healthcare Executives.
