Kimberly O’Connor-Soule is a seasoned behavioral health executive with over two decades of leadership experience in hospital operations, clinical advancement, and trauma-informed care. As President and Senior Inpatient Officer for Camber Children’s Mental Health and Children’s Mercy + Camber Mental Health, Kim oversees the operations of four hospital campuses across Kansas, driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and clinical quality. Her career has spanned a variety of senior leadership roles, including Executive Vice President at KVC Health Systems and Vice President of Clinical Services at Daytop New Jersey.
A Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW) in Kansas, Kim holds a Master of Social Work from New York University, graduating summa cum laude. She also holds an Executive Leadership certification in the Not-for-Profit Sector from NYU and is a certified Level III Trauma Systems Therapy Trainer. Kim is highly regarded for her expertise in building high-performing, trauma-informed systems of care, leading cross-functional teams, and advancing clinical and operational outcomes across multi-site behavioral health organizations. Her approach to leadership is rooted in quality, accountability, and compassionate service to individuals and families in need.
