Executive Director
New England Collaborative Health Network, LLC
David has over twenty-five years of progressive healthcare industry experience primarily in small, rural hospitals. He has spent ten of those years in executive leadership roles both in hospital and medical group operations. Currently, David is the Executive Director of the New England Collaborative Health Network that was formed in May 2024 with the short-term plan of creating trusted relationships and focusing on taking cost out of the continuum of care. Starting with 3 hospitals, the collaborative currently stands with 7 hospitals in VT, NH, NY, 4 VT FQHC's and 2 home health agencies, covering 1/3rd of Vermont's residents and removing $6M in costs after its first year of existence. David is very enthusiastic about its potential that does not need to be limited by state boundaries as NECHN suggests. “For small independent hospitals, I foresee many opportunities to improve financial performance that can only be solved by functioning like a larger network, while at the same time, allowing each potential member the independence to participate in programs and initiatives as it best fits their organization and the communities they serve."
