Advocate Health
Tiffany Chaney serves as Vice-President, Mission and Spiritual Care for Advocate Health’s Illinois
and Wisconsin Divisions. In this role, she provides executive leadership for the chaplaincy team,
clinical pastoral education, faith and health partnerships, and clinical ethics.
Over more than a 25-year health administration career, in addition to serving at Advocate Health,
Tiffany has served in diversity, equity, and inclusion, strategic planning, and business office roles in
a community health system, health care consulting firm, academic health system, public hospital,
and physician practice.
Tiffany is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives and a member of the National
Association of Health Services Executives (N.A.H.S.E.). She was selected as the N.A.H.S.E. Alabama
Chapter’s 2023 Member of the Year. Tiffany also serves as a member of the N.A.H.S.E. National
Mentoring Committee.
A native of Mobile, Alabama, Tiffany is a graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham,
where she received the Bachelor of Science in finance, the Master of Business Administration, and
the Master of Science in Health Administration degrees, and a graduate of the Lutheran Theological
Seminary at Philadelphia, where she received the Master of Divinity degree. Tiffany received a
Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University and a Certificate in Diversity, Equity,
and Inclusion in the Workplace from the University of South Florida. She received a Certificate in
Executive Leadership from Princeton Theological Seminary. Tiffany was a member of Leadership
Montgomery's Torchbearers Class I and Legacy Class XXXVIII. Becker's Healthcare named Tiffany
on their 2023 and 2024 lists of hospital and health system diversity, equity, and inclusion officers to
know in recognition of her work as the inaugural Chief Diversity Officer at Baptist Health - Central
Alabama.
A member of the International Coaching Federation, Tiffany is a professional coach, working with
individual and organizational clients to achieve desired goals. She is Founder and CEO of Relatable
Insights, LLC.
Committed to serving the community, Tiffany is a board member for Inspiritus, serving as
Governance Chair. She also serves as Vice-President for the Awards Committee of the UAB Women
in Health Care Leadership Committee. Tiffany previously served on the Alabama Maternal Mortality
Committee at the appointment of the State Health Officer. Tiffany is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha
Sorority, Incorporated and was selected by the Beta Nu Omega Chapter as the 2020 and 2024
Humanitarian of the Year.
