Gene Liu, MD, MMM, FACS, FAAP is the Immediate Past President of the 400+ provider Cedars-Sinai Medical Group. He continues to serve on the Group’s Board of Directors and as Medical Director of Business Development for the 1,000+ provider Cedars-Sinai Medical Care Foundation. In addition, he is the Division Director of Otolaryngology at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and founder and Chair of the Cedars-Sinai Otolaryngology Residency Training Program.
Dr. Liu earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia and his medical degree with distinction from The George Washington University. He completed his residency training in Otolaryngology at the University of Colorado, with extensive experience in pediatric otolaryngology at The Children’s Hospital in Denver. He also holds a Master of Medical Management from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business, where he later served as adjunct faculty and physician-in-residence.
