Cecilia Yu, MHA, is an emerging leader in healthcare administration, distinguished by her ability to leverage IT to foster innovation and enhance operational performance. As an Administrative Fellow at Baylor College of Medicine, she drives the integration of AI across the organization and develops comprehensive patient care programs that elevate clinical excellence and operational efficiency.
Cecilia brings extensive experience from her work at renowned healthcare organizations, including the Cleveland Clinic, where she spearheaded projects to optimize patient care workflows and standardized operations across multidisciplinary teams. As a consultant for the CDC, she led the Data Modernization Initiative for the Scalable Systems team, focusing on advancing healthcare infrastructure and enabling data-driven decision-making.
She earned her Master of Healthcare Administration from the Gilling’s School of Global Public Health at UNC Chapel Hill, where she served as President of the Healthcare Executives Student Association. A dedicated member of the American College of Healthcare Executives since her undergraduate years, Cecilia currently serves as Co-Chair for the ACHE Southeast Texas Chapter’s Membership and Retention Committee.
