Cachet Colvard is an operations and strategy leader, currently serving as the Director of Operations for SCAN Health Plan. With a rich background in healthcare operations and strategy she has held significant roles at Guaranteed Health, Cleveland Clinic, and Oak Street Health. 

Cachet’s influence extends to her role on the leadership team for the Advancement League, a movement fostering community, impact, and integrating health into every aspect of life. Additionally, her entrepreneurial spirit drives her to pursue ventures that improve experience, efficiency, and outcomes utilizing operational rigor across industries and counties. Cachet's international experiences in China, Ghana, Nicaragua, and the UAE have enriched her perspective on global healthcare challenges and successes and the role she plays in improving the healthcare system. 

As an Adjunct Professor at the University of Michigan, she is dedicated to mentorship and developing the next generation of leaders. She holds dual master's degrees in Health Services Administration and Business Administration from the University of Michigan.
