Dr. Fayola Edwards-Ojeba, MD, is the founder and CEO of RechargedMD, as well as a board-certified internist at UCSF. Her team at RechargedMD partners with healthcare organizations to combat physician burnout by helping to create sustainable, peer coaching programs. She graduated from Harvard College with honors, completed medical school at the Yale School of Medicine and residency at UCSF. She was the former chair of the ACHE Physician Executive Community Committee and is a current ACHE faculty member.
